Changes to Kentucky’s code enforcement statutes enacted by the 2016 Kentucky General Assembly (HB422) take effect January 2, 2017.  KRS 65.8836 now requires a “system for notification of lienholder” that provides lienholders and others that elect to do so with electronic notifications of all final orders entered pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to 65.8839.

PDS is responsible to administer this notification system on behalf of the following Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board jurisdictions: Bromley, Crescent Springs, Crestview Hills, Edgewood, Elsmere, Fort Wright, Independence, Kenton Vale, Lakeside Park, Ludlow, Park Hills, Ryland Heights, Taylor Mill, Villa Hills, and Unincorporated Kenton County.
